5. Why and on what basis do we process personal data about you?

Delivery of the service Spending Overview – Year in Comic

We process your personal data to provide the service – Spending Overview – Year in Comic – to you, should you wish it. The service allows you to generate a spending overview, which is a humorous visualization of your spending behavior and spending patterns, and should not be viewed as financial advice.

Legal Basis: The processing of personal data is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation – consent.

You can always withdraw your consent and have the spending overview deleted by contacting our support. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Types of information we process about you

For the above purpose, we process the following information about you:

  • Transaction and payment information: including "Time", "TransactionType", "AccountID", "Title", "Amount", "Currency", "AccountBalanceAfterAmount", "AccountBalanceAfterCurrency", "MerchantName", "MerchantCity", "MerchantCountry", "CardUsageType"
  • Identification information: Your first name, your age, country, and the city in which you have your address.

Special categories of personal data

Your payment information may relate to matters that may fall under the concept of "special categories of personal data" as defined in Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (which includes, for example, trade union membership, health information, political orientation, etc.).

7. To whom do we disclose and from where do we collect your personal data?

We share your personal data with OpenAI for the delivery of this service. OpenAI processes your information for the purpose of generating your Spending Overview - Year in Comic and for no other purposes.

  • Security Measures: We utilize the Zero Data Retention Amendment when using OpenAI, which ensures that input and output are not logged and are not used for training the OpenAI model.
  • Hosting and Support: The Spending Overview is stored in your app along with your other customer information with us. We therefore also share it with our suppliers for, among other things, hosting, support, and maintenance. We have entered into data processing agreements with all these suppliers.
  • Collection: We collect the information directly from your customer profile by generating an extract of your information, as mentioned above, and only where you have requested us to do so.

8. Do we transfer your personal data to third countries?

In certain specific cases, information about you is sent to a third country. Such transfers are only carried out in the following cases:

  • The EU Commission has decided that the country in question has an adequate level of protection.
  • The EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC) have been entered into.
  • The recipient is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not make decisions based on automated processing of your personal data, including profiling.

10. How long do we keep information about you?

Spending Overview - Year in Comic is deleted no later than immediately following the termination of your customer relationship. If you withdraw your consent, it will be deleted simultaneously.

The General Data Protection Regulation has established the following rights, which you as a starting point can exercise:

  • Right of access: You have the right to receive a copy of the information we process about you.
  • Right to rectification: If information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected.
  • Right to erasure: You have the right to have information deleted if you withdraw consent or if it is no longer necessary.
  • Right to restriction: You can ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain cases.
  • Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your information in a machine-readable format.

12. Changes to this policy

As with everything else in our business, we are constantly improving and developing. We may therefore amend this policy from time to time. The privacy policy is prepared with effect from January 1, 2026.
