Terms and Conditions for SAS EuroBonus Lunar

1.General

Terms and Conditions for SAS EuroBonus Lunar supplement the separate customer agreement and the general terms and conditions, as well as other agreement documents that apply in the independent customer relationship between Lunar Bank A/S (referred to as "Lunar", "we" or "us"), CVR no. 39 69 76 96, Hack Kampmanns Plads 10, 8000 Aarhus C, and you as a private customer of the bank. These terms and conditions supplement the Visa Debit user terms, which regulate the use of your Visa Debit card. EuroBonus membership terms, which can be found on SAS's websites, also apply in relation to points earned with Lunar, unless these are explicitly deviated from in the terms and conditions for SAS EuroBonus Lunar.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for SAS EuroBonus Lunar.

2. Personal Data

In accordance with the Payment Services Act, no disclosure or consolidation of information occurs between EuroBonus and Lunar, except for information about your name, address, company affiliation, date of birth, and EuroBonus number, as well as information about points earned via and transferred from Lunar.

3. Card

It is possible to link both a virtual and a physical Lunar SAS EuroBonus Lunar card to your account. You only earn points when you use your virtual or physical SAS EuroBonus Lunar card.

4. Points

Your points are visible in the Lunar app and are automatically transferred to SAS EuroBonus once a month. You can only use your SAS EuroBonus points once they have been transferred to your SAS EuroBonus account. You can use points on the SAS EuroBonus website by creating a user account, to which your points will be transferred. If you already have a SAS EuroBonus user account, log in to access and use your points.

Points are earned on the total transaction amount, including all fees and surcharges, unless otherwise specifically indicated. Points are calculated and earned per 12.50 kr. spent. You earn 8 points per 100 kr. Only whole points are awarded. Decimals or fractions are not carried over, and we always round down.

In special campaign periods, the number of points earned per 12.50 kr. may be increased, and points can be earned on purchases that normally do not qualify for points, as well as on financial services, etc., at Lunar. In these cases, this will be specifically indicated in the applicable campaign terms and conditions.

If you have received welcome points in connection with the establishment of the SAS EuroBonus Lunar card and you then cancel the card, you cannot earn welcome points until 24 months have passed since the last allocation of welcome points. Special campaign terms may apply.

You do not earn points on cash withdrawals or on money transfers between private individuals, unless the payment is made to a registered business. See the separate list other transaction types where you dont earn points. Lunar reserves the right to change the list without notice.

In the case of returns of purchases made with the SAS EuroBonus Lunar card, we will credit you the points generated by the purchase.

5. International Payments

If you use your SAS EuroBonus Lunar card for transactions in a currency other than your local currency, the amount will automatically be converted to your national currency, and points will be calculated accordingly. Currency fees and card usage fees follow the user's package. Points are calculated based on the total purchase amount, including both Visa-based and Lunar's currency fees, with an earning rate of 8 points per 100 kr in local currency (SEK, DKK, NOK).

6. Transfer of Points

Your points are collected over a monthly period, which follows your billing period. All points collected during this period are called "pending", which means that your points are only in the Lunar system. When the period ends and a new period begins, all "pending" points are transferred to your SAS EuroBonus account and the balance in the Lunar app is reset. Once the points are transferred to SAS, you will shortly be able to see them in your SAS EuroBonus account. Unforeseen circumstances can delay the transfer of points by up to one month.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the option to withdraw your purchase of SAS EuroBonus Lunar. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you accepted these terms. If the deadline expires on a Sunday or public holiday, Saturday, the day after Ascension Day, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the withdrawal can occur on the following weekday.

You withdraw by informing us that you have regretted the purchase of SAS EuroBonus Lunar before the deadline expires. This notification must be given in writing and can, for example, be done via the chat function in the Lunar app or by sending us an email. Here you just need to send the notification before the deadline expires. You can also inform us via a letter. If you want to ensure proof that you have withdrawn in time, you can send the letter by registered mail and keep the postal receipt.

If you withdraw your purchase of SAS EuroBonus Lunar, these terms and your access to SAS EuroBonus Lunar will cease immediately. Other agreements you have entered into through our app in connection with the purchase of SAS EuroBonus Lunar will also cease.

By accepting these terms, you agree that the prepaid subscription for SAS EuroBonus Lunar is non-refundable, and that this covers Lunar's costs for personalization of the card and the administrative expenses associated with setting up your SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription. At the same time, you accept that all expenses you may have incurred using your SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription and the associated functions in the app will not be covered upon withdrawal. By accepting these terms, you also accept that this right of withdrawal ceases if you use one or more SAS EuroBonus Lunar services after purchasing SAS EuroBonus Lunar.

8. Customer Termination

There is no binding period for your SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription. If you choose to terminate the product, you will still have access to the product for the remainder of the subscription period you have already paid for. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. If you have Lunar SAS EuroBonus Lunar as a subscription, you can terminate the subscription in the app.

If you are on the Unlimited package and choose to terminate your SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription, you will still have access to the product for the remainder of the termination period. Additionally, you have the option to terminate the product at any time. If you choose to terminate your Unlimited plan and choose another plan, you will automatically be charged the price of the SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription.

Upon termination, you can earn points until the termination date. At the end of the SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription, your points will be transferred to SAS, and you will no longer have access to them in the Lunar app. If you choose to terminate your SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription, both your physical and virtual SAS EuroBonus Lunar card will be closed, and you will no longer be able to use them.

Termination of your SAS EuroBonus subscription always entails the simultaneous termination of your customer relationship with partners who provide various services as part of the SAS EB product. This applies regardless of whether you or Lunar terminate the customer relationship.

9. Lunar's Termination

Lunar has the right to terminate the agreement with a notice period of 2 months. Lunar can always terminate the customer relationship with you without notice in the event of misuse or attempted misuse of the Lunar app, the SAS EuroBonus Lunar product, or other products. In the event of termination due to misuse, previously earned but unused points and issued EuroBonus tickets/vouchers will be canceled.

In the event that the collaboration between Lunar and partners in SAS EuroBonus Lunar ends, we have the right to transfer your products, etc., to Lunar's new partner to the extent possible under applicable rules in this area, and after obtaining any necessary approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority and/or obtaining your consent to the necessary extent. Lunar is under all circumstances entitled to contact you via the app to inform you that the collaboration is ending, so you are made aware that you will no longer be able to use the SAS EuroBonus Lunar product if you do not wish to switch to Lunar's new partner.

10. Customer Default

If a due amount is not paid on time and therefore goes to legal collection, as well as in the event of other serious default, Lunar has the right to cancel earned but not yet transferred points. Upon termination of SAS EuroBonus Lunar, including conversion to another Lunar private card, points that have not yet been transferred to EuroBonus will be forfeited.

11. Customer Misuse

Misuse can, for example, occur in cases of significant breach of the terms and conditions for SAS EuroBonus Lunar, unacceptable user behavior, violation of the EuroBonus terms, illegal behavior, fraud, or actions generally considered immoral or unethical, including if you intentionally or unintentionally use the product in a way that gives you points to which you are not entitled. In the case of misuse, we have the right, but are not obliged, to charge 0.20 kr. per point you have received in connection with the misuse.

12. Liability and Compensation

Lunar cannot be held liable for the services, products, advice, functions, solutions, etc. as provided to you by our partners via the app or as otherwise offer to you, regardless whether they are related to your customer relationship with us or not. Lunar is only responsible to you as a customer if we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Lunar is under no circumstances responsible for indirect losses, including business interruption, loss of income, loss of profit, loss or damage to data, loss of goodwill or similar.

13. Price

The price for having a SAS EuroBonus Lunar subscription can be found in the separate document "Lunar Price List". The price for SAS EuroBonus Lunar depends on your chosen package. For some packages, SAS EuroBonus Lunar is included in the package price, while for other packages you pay an additional amount on top of the subscription price.

Lunar reserves the right to change prices or introduce new prices with 2 months' notice.

14. Customer Service

For assistance or complaints, the appropriate instance depends on the nature of the inquiry. Inquiries regarding earning points should be directed to Lunar. Inquiries regarding using points or incidents that occur on SAS's side should be directed to SAS.
